I'm Sarah Bryer
I help experienced professionals understand what is really happening in their job search, fix what is not converting, and get back into interviews with more clarity and confidence.
I have spent more than 20 years working across recruitment, HR, operations, employability and career transition.
I have seen the hiring process from the inside, and I know how easy it is for brilliant people to get overlooked when their value is not clear enough.

A Bit About Me
For most of my career, I have worked with people at moments of change.
Redundancy. Restructure. Career pivots. Confidence knocks. Job searches that have gone quiet. Interviews that did not turn into offers.
Again and again, I saw capable people blaming themselves when the real issue was usually their job search strategy, positioning or visibility.
That is why I built the 45-Day Sprint.
It gives people a proper system for finding work now: clearer target roles, stronger evidence, better CVs, LinkedIn visibility, recruiter and hiring manager outreach, follow-up, interview preparation and practical support throughout.
I care deeply about the person behind the job search. But I am also very direct about what needs to change.

Kind first.
Straight-talking always.
How I work
My job is not to give you vague encouragement and send you away with a few CV tips.
My job is to help you understand what is happening, where your job search is breaking down, and what to do differently.
Together, we look at the full picture:
-
what roles you are targeting
-
whether your CV proves the right things
-
how clearly your LinkedIn profile supports your search
-
whether your applications are relevant enough
-
how you are using recruiters, networking and follow-up
-
how well you are converting interviews
Then we build a focused plan you can actually follow.
My approach is practical, honest and supportive. I will back you, but I will also challenge you where needed.
Because getting hired is not just about confidence.
It is about being clear, relevant, visible and easy for employers to trust.
