I'm Sarah Bryer
With 20 years experience in various corporate settings, mostly within HR, recruitment and operations, the constant in my career has always been people. They are at the heart of everything I do.

A Bit About Me
I have worked in and around outplaced people for most of my career, and I gravitated towards mentoring and coaching as many people as I could. When I saw the impact it was having and the changes it was galvanising in people's lives, I knew where my calling was.

Redundancy came knocking at my door and it was the perfect time to start something new, going back to doing what I love the most - giving great people the tools to thrive as I help them to get great jobs.

I lead with empathy, supporting people to think positively about their future...
How I work
We focus on empowering you with the confidence and the resources you need to get your foot in the door with a powerful CV, then grasping the opportunity to smash your interview when you get the chance to prove yourself.

Then, when the job offer comes, I make sure you have the crucial skills you'll need to negotiate the remuneration package you deserve.

My expertise is varied and includes but not limited to finance, insurance, tech, HR, accounts, project management and consulting.

I enjoy volunteering at my local college, using my experience to mentor young people as they navigate their way into the world of work.
